Unity & Peace Ambassador Award 2021:
Benue First Lady, Okorocha, Sir Udensi, Monalisa Chinda, Others Shine

The 2021 Unity & Peace Ambassador Award has come and gone but not without honouring some eminent Nigerians in recognition of their contributions to the unity and peace of the country.

Organiser of the Unity & Peace Ambassador Award 2021 and TORKWASE U BEM (Queen of Peace) Doris Doosuur Uva said the aim is to appreciate those who have worked tirelessly to entrench peace in the country through their own endeavours.

She further noted that this will spur others to contribute their quota in making Nigeria and Africa a peaceful Continent.

Top in the list of those honoured at the event which took place at Nicon Luxury Hotel Abuja, recently are Interpol Systems Consultant in Nigeria and governorship aspirant in Abia, Sir Chikwe Udensi, former Governor of Imo state and the Senator Representing Imo West, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha, Wife of Benue State Governor, Dr. Mrs. Eunice Ortom, and Nollywood actress, Monalisa Chinda, the Founder TY Danjuma Foundation, Gen. TY Danjuma and the Chairman Amity Global, Mr. Alex Nwankwo.

With the theme, "The Unveiling of Peace and Unity Sensitization in Nigeria and the Need for a President Who Understands the Importance of Unity in Our Country Come 2023" the event also seeks to raise questions on the credentials of those to occupy leadership positions across the country in 2023 as general election approaches.

The event had as Royal Father of the Day HRH. Eze DR. Uche Egenti, Eze Udo 1- Wakilin lgbo FCT, Chairman lgbo Tracitional Rulers Council FCT who was also an award recipient for his role in promotion of peace and unity.

Also honoured are, former Governor of Kano State, Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, President Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners, Sam Ohuabunwa, Leadership Coach, Dr. Linus Okorie, Senator Grace Folashade Bent, Benue State Governorship aspirant, Mrs. Susan Nguveren Waya, Dr. Monica Hemben Eimunjeze, Mrs. Jennifer Gbishie-Igoh, Engr. Noah Danllaji, Hon. Ogu Harrison, Pharm. Chidi Dozie, Hon. Dave Awunah and Hon. Eddy Chidozie Anuligo.

Other awardees include, CEO. Jimez Petroleum Resources, Hon. Jim Okolo, Vice chairman Sinoki restaurant, Mr Alex Addingi, Acress/Film Producer, Pamela Johnson, Bishop Mike Angou, Arc.
