If you want to do this bvn scamming, money laundering or local scamming where monies of nigerians would be wiped out from their bank, access bank is your best bet. EFCC should not only arrest the cards smuggler but also the insource from all the banks. It's not possible to pull all this number of cards out from a bank without internal culprits. 6 Likes |
