I have a size of land which is about 950 sqm in the Lekki scheme 2 area, some people have told me that twin duplex isnt good as it can be tricky to rent out and that 2-3 bedroom flat is best, I dont want a standard set of block of flats, but looking for ideas on what would be good to rent out and also allow me to keep a unit for myself as well.

This particilar concept is Terrace Building of 3 Bedroom of 6 Duplex. I can u assure this will go for over a million per annum in Lekk 2
