We complain that things are hard whereas it is the action of some wicked Nigerians that is marking things hard Patients are not supposed to pay cash in any government establishment. General Hospital has develop a fraudulent process whereby the pharmacy will divide your bill 20% by 80%. You will pay 20% to the account and 80% cash to the pharmacist. The 20% is for government while 80% goes to private pockets. No reciept, no record for the 80%. |
