the computer is like freezed and not responding. The only button that is responding is ESC botton

yes the cap lock is responding property. It shows light once press and off once press again.

Good. The hard drive must have shifted. Get a screw driver, open the cover at the back and check if the hard drive has shifted form the connector. Tell me what you see

Please help me my laptop screen is flickering... but if I put off and on it again it works and then 5minutes later it happens again... its frustrating I cant do anything and if the flickering stay for long the signs get stick to the laptop and then after a while it clears off

My dell e5430 laptop suddenly stop charging the battery.Whenever I plug in the charger the battery icon shows "plugged in charging 0%", but not matter how long I charge it, it still remains at 0%.I bought a new battery but the problem persists.
Now I can only use it whiled plugged in.

U didn’t answer if it has dedicated memory or not. Anyways, when next it flickers, keep tapping the caps lock to see if the caps lock respond to touch. If it does, then change the screen, if it persist, change the ram, if it persist change the flex. Or you can bring it over so i get a better look.

Please, I feel that my laptop has been attacked with virus. All my files(images, documents, music and videos extensions) were changed to (.bbbw) extensions.

Install antivirus then scan the system. But I will advise you format the system

I tried a different charger, still the same problem.But when I put the battery into another dell laptop it charges

Also I noticed that whenever I plug in the charger to use it, it power itself without me pressing the power button.
After coming on, it brings a message that "the date on the device is not correct, press F1 to continue". Once I press F1 it then boot and load windows.

Then the problem is from the motherboard.
