How Much Is Agreement Fee + Agent Fee In Asaba? Advice please. I'm planning to relocate to ASABA Delta State in few days time, so I came to ASABA to rent a ROOM and PARLOR with kitchen and bathroom inside, the BASIC RENT is N200,000. location: Somewhere around 74 Area. Now they want me to pay: Agent fee: N30,000 Agreement fee: N30,000 Caution fee: N30,000. This will make my total payment N290,000 This Charges are too high for me: PLS. Real estate agent in the house should advice me on this matter..... |
