This is what to expect when charlatans are in charge of a key point to one of the factors that enhance growth of a society. Cant they spend this money they are looting in the guise of school feeding to build the school to standard , make public schols atttactive and accessible to all, they way poverty will be drastically reduced. Most people these days live to pay school fees to these mushrooms schools which were not upto standard of public schools i attended while growing up. Imagine a gateman spending 80% of his earning on a mushroom schools because he wants his kids to escape poverty
