Childhood was all fun
And mom raised me like a nun
For Christ alone I burnt
And souls for him I hunt

I always prayed with my bible and rosary
And in church, I never missed a homily

But then adulthood came
The chase for money and fame
My love for good things became lame
And I became an empty frame

I know I'm filled with lúst
But that don't mean that my faith is lost

Because I fornicàte and get high
That don't mean that I don't pray to the most high

These are the perks of Adulthood
These are necessary evils that we do for survival

I've got my condøms in my left pocket, and Bible in my right
And even though I got some smoke left, only God's way is right.

We play, but we pray
After we moàn in bed, we cry to God
We sin, but we sing God praises

I'm a bloødy sinner, but I don't joke with my God.
