Hey Whykay,

Any discount for someone buying more than one plots (e.g. one or two acres)? Can you provide the layout plan here so we can see?

How much progress have you made in delivering the promised infrastructure (perimiter fence, drainage, electricity and water)? Can you provide pictures?

What is the state of the access roads?

Thanks.

@X2X:There is discount when you are buying an acre or more than that which will be based on negotiation with the MD of the company, you can also visit the pictures and videos of the estate on youtube.com/lashonelinksltd for your perusal and also visit the website on www.lashonelinks.bbcs1.com.
Thanks andyour immediate response will be highly appreciated

@whyky Can you please answer the questions below?

How much progress have you made in delivering the promised infrastructure (perimiter fence, drainage, electricity and water)?

What is the state of the access roads?

The videos on youtube are at least 3 months out of date. No progress since then? Also it is impossible to determine from the videos whether perimeter fence has been completed (all round), whether drainage has been done, electricity, etc. Can you not just answer the question here for the benefit of all?

Thanks

MR WHYKY , I asked u the same questions few months ago and u keep posting the same pictures since last year , pls tell ur Boss we want to see a new Update

I wouldnt want to think otherwise
Thanks
Re: Secure A Plot Of Land@lashone Estate,agbara; N400,000 Per Plot by WHYKY: 10:45pm On Feb 02, 2012
I will like u 2 go and check d other estate in d vicinity and compare d development and how old their estate is because its money we wl use to continue from where we are and do you know how much it cost to d perimeter fencing alone talkless of other things. At least, there are other estates there that are older than ours and havent dond half of what we had done, pls lets all be considerate
The more customers like you pay the higher the vast development in the estate,we all need ur own support too by investing so as to continue working asap
Thanks for your cooperation

Thanks Whyky.

I think it would have been sufficient if you said something like:

Perimeter fencing is X% complete. Here are some pictures . . . .

Developemnt of drainage/Water supply infrasture is yet to commence / will soon commence / has commenced  (as the case may be).

Some of the subcription payments will go into developing these infrastructure and so more progress will be made in due course as we get more suscribers.

Access roads are all earth/tarred roads. They are motoroable / not motorable (as the case may be).

etc.

Dont know why you still choose not to answer some of the questions asked. For example, what is the state of the access roads? If you can not address my concerns now that I have not paid money, why should I expect that you will bother when you have collected your money?

And why do you prefer to send pictures to my email? Would it not serve you better if you publish them here for everyone to see? If you have pictures, please put them here.

Let me try another question: You stated on your very first post that there is a "Global Certificate of Occupancy". Can you confirm that the CofO has been secured or is it under processing.

Thanks.

As you can see in the pictures, the perimeter fencing had already been fenced fully with gate, we had already started building bungalow in the estate and regarding to the road that led to the estate, the site is tarred and motorable but i will post the recent pictures here when i resume back to office because I had travelled out of Lagos for an official purpose since last year or ask one of my colleagues to help me send the updated pictures so as to convince you and the C of O will be ready by June,2012. We are really working on that to be accomplished
Thanks for your patronage
