POSITION ONE:

JOB PURPOSE:
Revitalise, restore and conserve old concept, and develop new ideas which also involves building project/product from the earliest stages right through to completion

DUTIES:
1) Develop high quality and cutting edge 3D arts.
2) Animate characters and objects for 3D arts.
3) Utilize 3D modeling, mapping, texturing, lighting techniques etc. to create visual elements.
4) Attend team meetings to discuss art related issues, work progress, etc.
5) Review 3D arts and provide recommendations for improvements.
6) Optimize 3D arts for creating realistic environment.
7) Create 3D models from photos and real-world objects.
Troubleshoot problems on reintegration of outsourced assets into the 3D arts.
9) Develop high poly sculpts and textures for 3Darts.
10) Create 3D assets for arts and models.
11) Ensure to meet high artwork standards.
12) Discuss with team members on any problems regarding the needs of the project.
12) Understand the project requirements and develop high quality 3D models accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

HND/BSc in Art related field plus 3D CAD Training
Minimum of 2 years work experience using 3D CAD

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
Good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
Inventive and imaginative
Be passionate about buildings and the built environment


POSITION: 2D/DRAFTSMAN

Job Description

Manage construction projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction
* Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track
* Work to improve the project process
* Ensure project aligns with set strategy and budget
* Coordinate with clients, owners and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects.
* Communicate timeline changes and new information to team; tracks project changes and adjust schedules as needed
* Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings
* In charge of keeping track of all project-related paperwork; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored
* Strategize with project manager when needed
* Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements
* Oversee Contractors and Construction Crews
* Ensure that projects complies with environmental and safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a draftsman
Analytical skills
Conceptual skills.
Communication skills.
Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
Good drawing skills, with the ability to work with 2D
Inventive and imaginative
