I am currently sourcing for an Architect for my client into Building and Construction services.

Job Title: Architect
Working Hours: 08:00 am- 05:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Onikan, Lagos.
Salary: N3.0- N3.6 per annum gross package including (HMO and Pension Contribution)
Age: Not more than 40 years.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years post NYSC relevant experience in recognized construction firm.
Qualification: M.Sc Architecture, Proficiency in Autocad and Revit. 3D rendering ability will be an advantage. Professional Certificate is an added advantage.
Responsibility/Duties:
1. Will be responsible for the company’s in-house design works as well as Quality Control Inspections.
2. Passionate about architecture, imaginative and creative, in touch with global architectural trends.
3. Design Development
4. Strong skills on Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Design optimization for construction purposes.
6. Site visitation for construction supervision and Quality Control inspection.
7. Strong portfolio to prove creative skills.
8. Preparation of construction documentation.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
