We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Head, Business & Strategy in Lagos, Nigeria.


Job Summary
 The Head, Business & Strategy (HBS) will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the business team, providing strategic direction for the Business to ensure the profitability of the organization, monthly.

Key responsibilities include;

 Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organization.
 Leading the business team to achieve month on month profitability of the organization.
 Planning and overseeing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
 Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
 Developing proposals for clients.
 Foster and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
 Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make required adjustments
 Ensuring revenue generation targets are met and surpassed.

Qualification / Requirements;
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
 Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
 Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
 Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
 Sound knowledge of the entertainment /content creation industry.
 Strong communication skills (written & oral) & IT fluency.
