Telecom service providers have to be held responsible if they are unable to clearly identify the subscriber who used their telephone lines to commit offences.
Telecom towers has the capacity to transmit with accuracy the exact location of every phone on its network. How can't police get real time information from the telecom service providers once such ransom calls are placed.
