Responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops and participating in working environments to gain practical experience.

Responsibilities
• Gathering as much information for the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
• Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learnt.
• Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
• Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
• Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.

Requirements
• Degree in the relevant field.
• Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Utilize a customer relationship management system (CRM) to plan, prioritize, track and measure selling activities. Create and input weekly sales forecast, and update customer contact information.
• Handle Incoming Calls and Email - handle incoming telephone calls, voicemail or email from customers and prospects that are sales related. Use proactive email communication, to complement telephone or in-person communication with customers.
• Share Feedbacks - Share customer feedback with the team and provide input on changes to existing services or new services.
• Proficiency in IT and Numerical Skills.

ASSISTANT FINANCE OFFICER. (Corp Members looking for PPA’s).

Job Summary: The finance officer shall be responsible for assisting the finance team in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.

• Create, send, and follow up on invoice and purchase orders.
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
• Adhere to the company financial policies and procedures.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of Accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with accounting software packages.
