All these numbers even if they are real were generated by PCR test.
PCR has been very useful for generating scary fake numbers for COVID-419 scam.
They added "ASYMPTOMATIC CARRIER" to the fake statistics in their massive mind control propaganda.

From FDA website and some PCR kit manufacturer's leaflet a positive PCR test is an indicator that you "could be" positive for any of these:

Human coronavirus 229E, Adenovirus (e.g. C1 Ad. 71)
Human coronavirus OC43, Human Metapneumovirus (hMPV)
Human coronavirus NL63, Influenza A, SARS-coronavirus, Influenza B
MERS-coronavirus, Influenza C, Enterovirus D68, Respiratory syncytial virus A
Respiratory syncytial virus B, Rhinovirus, Chlamydia pneumoniae
Haemophilus influenzae, Legionella pneumophila, Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Bordetella pertussis
Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Pneumocystis jirovecii (PJP), Candida albicans
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus epidermis, Streptococcus salivarius,
Influenza A (H1N1), Influenza A /(H3N2), Influenza B Virus Yamagata, Influenza B Virus Victoria, Respiratory syncytial A virus, Respiratory syncytial B virus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Cryptococcus, Citrobacter, Serratia marcescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli
Acinetobacter baumannii, Candida albicans, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus salivarius, Streptococcus oralis
