Description:

1) Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
2) Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
3) Screen resumes and application forms
4) Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5) Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
6) Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
7) Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
9) Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Job Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements:
• HND Upper Credit/Distinction in Social Science or similar field
• Must not be more than 25 years old
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Exceptional time management
• Communication and customer service skills.
• High level of accountability
• Efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills

Salary: N75,000 with other benefits.
