So, what is the essence of the pyramid? Was the rice produced in Abuja or were they moved in from other States? Did the government buy the rice Paddy from the farmers or did the group mobilize their members to bring those rice for public entertainment? What then is the rice going to be used for if it is now government property. For sale or for distribution?
