You can design and construct your own greenhouse as you want. I personally used the walls of my fenced land on three sides, then added a block wall on the 4th side and used the 50% shaded net to cover it all. I did not spend up to 700k then.
Please note: Cement was N2,900 a bag when I did this.

As much as this is a very good option.
It would have been better using similar comparisons.

The reason for the Greenhouse should be put into consideration.

Take crop production for instance
Having almost all 4 sides blocked, that's limited sunlight.

I guess yours was for livestock
Another point is,what if it's an open field on his Farm,that can't work.

So closer comparisons should be you talking about him using woods or plastic pipes for his Framework.
A regular nylon cover if it's for crops.

Direct planting on raised beds instead of grow pots....
That's a better comparison since prospective production wasn't stated.
