JAMB to release 2011 UTME results today

BARRING any unforeseen circumstance, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) might release the results of the 2011 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted last Saturday today.

A total of 1,493, 603 registered for the 2011 UTME, which took place simultaneously in 331 examination towns in Nigeria and in six foreign centres namely: Accra in Ghana, Buea in Republic of Cameroun, Cotonu in Republic of Benin, London in United Kingdom, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Johannesburg.

In 2009, the University Matriculation Examination was released after days, while the 2010 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination was released in six (6) days.

But the Nigerian Tribune gathered that the board had taken time this time to sort out the results properly in order to minimise the high incidence of withheld results. About 82,000 results were withheld in the last UTME as a result improper shedding and wrong filling of instructions by candidates to multiple cheating in examination halls in some centres.

i have tried checking jamb website but the space to fill in the registration number is disabled .has anyone checked his or her result?

True! JAMB has formerly declared the results of the recently concluded UTME 2011 'RELEASED'! JAMB registrar made a formal declaration of the results today! This was broadcasted on AIT's 8 'O' NEWS!

Though, it has been formerly declared, also heard 4rm Nta network news but i was unable to check mine, it displays 'sorry, no result yet' each time i try checking. Is it only me or general coz i'm afraid

this jamb stuff tire me ooooooooooooooooooooooo. the site is always problematic whenever results are new on net, I've checked mine it was NO RESULT YET. I can't wait to see my result ooooooooooo.
