Correct to an extent. The SD720G doesn't support high refresh rates, yes. But the SD720G supports up to 200MP cameras which is way better. You can check the spec sheet.

Most main cameras are standalone modules. The rest are paired. Hence we have the concept of dual or triple ISPs. If it's photography, the 720G is better. Videography unkor still better.

Qualcomm's image processing is better than MediaTek's. If it's CPU and GPU, the 720G is still ahead.
