You are allowed to come for inspection and confirmation of the land before purchase. All the necessary document will be given to you after 50% down payment. We also accept a post dated check for a period of time for you to investigate and confirm the transaction in case you are in doubt.

WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT?
We accept 50% down payment while the rest payment will be spread over 6 to 12 months.
