Is concrete mixer really demanding in a working site?

Don't venture into any business you know nothing about or that you won't have time to look after. It's better to chop your money than throw it into an endless pit.

I remember when I connected an engineer to lease my uncle's mixer. The engineer was making 15k per day, he didn't bother to give me a cut. After one week, my uncle found out and took his mixer back.

That thing can bring cool money.

If u must buy the mixer buy the one that can take two bags of cement, it's better if u are a casting contractor were u collect contracts to cast deckings etc. It's not really lucrative as u think but if u get a good location then it might be worth it. Do not buy china made , they don't last. The mixer u posted is too small for rentals

Here in Anambra it's 25-30k a day (hire)

Make sure u also buy the motor to pull it

Not lucrative. If you are not into construction yourself don't bother buying it.

You need a trusted operator.

Not having a trusted operator will mess the whole thing up-
1. Most times they don't wash properly after use which causes cement remnant to block the machine (Bucket)

2. Mechanical wear and tear and so he knows when the machine needs to be worked on and serviced.

Na Operator business naen be the backbone to the business

Na good idea e go good make you start small with renting of shovel, digger, wheelbarrow and other small investment buildings tools to get notice. Then to scale up you fit come buy the mixer. If you dey into building already my brother noting do you.

I literally had two then, I was forced to sell it.

Hiring one was 18k per day I did it.

What kills mixer machine is the operator who handles it majority of the times..

If a mixer machine machine works a 100k for you, you may probably use half of the cash back for repairs

500k can't get you cement mixer
