Judging from the threads I read here by both serving and out of service corpers, I rarely come across a thread where a corper gives account of how he/she was retained after service. It is mostly about how they "flex" and engage in licentious and perverse sexual activities including pedophilia...

Were you a corps member that was retained at your place of primary assignment where you served? Kindly come in and share your experience and maybe tips for prospective corps members. T for thanks.

Some corpers don't give their employers good reasons to retain them...

Most coppers in some organizations are there for formalities.. they are either running errands or their Dad own the company

Because most of the corpers are posted to schools that are in deplorable conditions. Most of the corpers reject such evil offers when they so come.

It was an office job. The main reason he rejected it was because there was no salary increase. It was basically a demotion for him since govt salary of N19,800 was no longer there; this was in 2019.
