Job Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Location: Lagos (Island)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements by scoping defining and prioritizing requirements.
• Mapping functional requirements to Dynamics product features and functionality.
• Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
• Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching a case management solution.
• Work with the Cloud Solutions Architect and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implement.
• Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
• Integrate existing systems and services into the Dynamics architecture.
• Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
• Participate and/or lead workflow and design reviews with business leaders and provide productive feedback and solutions.
• Create end-user documentation and provide end-user training.

Required Experience:
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel).
Experience implementing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM or Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics configuration.
• Microsoft Certifications in D365, experienced in D365 business central, D365 Customer engagement.

• Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying Dynamics Organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating Dynamics dataverse entities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
• Motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and within a team.
• Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
• Ability to take initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
• Create great project plans and manage the scope of the projects.
• Show strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities.
