A medium-sized company within Ikeja/Ogba Axis of Lagos State requires an Accountant for immediate employment.

Duties
Payroll Management
General Human Resource Functions
Preparation of Management preferred accounts
Petty Cash Management
Cash Lodgements
Managing and reconciliation of Distributor/ Customer accounts
Generating customer invoices on QuickBooks
Stores & inventory Management, entries and postings on QuickBooks and Bincards
Monthly filings of Statutory taxes (VAT & PAYE)
Managing correspondences between the Company and third party clients, banks and other institutions
Designing workable templates as required
Designing, implementing and reviewing Products Bill of Materials
Organise a filing system for all important and confidential company documents
Annual/ Daily/ Monthly stock taking
Designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls
Managing staff clock-in machine and matters
Helping to monitor Standard operating procedures
Cost control
Prepare reports with statistical data as assigned


Requirements
HND/BSc Accounting
ACA Partly – Qualified
3 – 5 years working experience in the same capacity
Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software

Salary
Salary ranges between N100k to N120k per month (Net)
