Lets talk about real music, Classical music or piece music as you wish to call it is often neglected these days, forgetting that it is the origin of music. A good knowledge of classicals have proven to improve even the contemporary musicians.
A lot of 'secular' songs that i've heard, believe me, do not agree with a lot of basic music principles, but they are generally sung by the musically-uneducated masses enjoying the beat, artist etc,

We need to STOP undergoing 'MUSIC TORTURE'!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let our performers learn basic music theories, it will aid their composition and delivery,
