I created this account today just to keep my face off ..I started masturbating in 2018 and it has been a hell for me since then, even when I thought that I have stopped by praying so hard to God to forgive me for the evil I have been doing to my self and before I knew it I have found my self doing it again.. sometimes I pick up my Bible and pray and swear to God that if I try it again let him punish me and curse me but even after praying I can't still tell how I find my self watching pornography again.. I swear with my life that I have been fighting so hard to stop this.. I have taken many advices online on how to stop this but none worked.. I have sworn with Bible never to masturbate again for like 3 times and I still find my self in it again.. even when I try to stay away from body revealing pictures or videos online but once I set my eyes on one mistakenly I get tempted to try it.. I am so addicted and it is killing me.. as I am writing this now I just finished masturbating and I just hate my self for it.. it kills me emotionally, spiritually, everything.. please house help me !!! I need your advice truly on this.. Abeg make una take am easy on the insults.. Don't force it... Deal with it with patience until you master how not to masturbate again...

Let me sight an example.. When you started till you got addicted..it was a gradual process..so when you turning out.. It's the same process.. Pray, believe and continue to discipline your self till you master the act of not masturbating again..

May God help u over come. This shit gave me Erectile dysfunction even when I have stopped. Am battling with it though. But then u have the power to stop it.
