Your best bet at securing and protecting your land from encroachers and land grabbers alike is simply by PLANTING TREES...these trees even turn out as investment for you in the shortest period of time, say 7,8,9... years to come.
Trees are relatively cheap to plant and super cheap to maintain.
For information on trees that canmature and with good economic value in the shortest period of time, kindly reach out to @treenitiative on 07068288885, call/whatsapp

Our forefathers use trees in land demarcation and claiming...
You are eager to know if a land you just acquired has ownership issues ormight have in the nearest future, attempt planting trees and see any potential eventualities appear and you can outrightly deal with it.

Create time to visit a nearby sawmill or plank market around you to have ideas on how geometrically prices of wood rises by the day...
If it is that way today and yet, there is complaint all around of scarcity of trees, what will happen in the next 8-10 years when trees you plant today on that deserted land would have matured. If you are thinking what I'm thinking, there is no time to waste time...take a solid action!

Maybe you are even educated and you hear and possibly also discuss the adverse effect of desertification and indiscriminate tree felling on our ecosystem and yet you be never planted a tree or even sponsor one in the last few years, sorry o, you are not being fair to your environment...
Take action today and practice what you preach.

Don't just leave that land fallow or continue spending endlessly on unprofitable ventures or dealing with unfaithful workers.
Trees require very little supervision and expenditure is at the lowest level.
Very difficult to steal and high return on investment.
Gone are the days when the generation that plant trees aren't the ones enjoying it.

Trees have generally been used since times immemorial in marking out boundaries and land entitlements...they always symbolize an unending presence of such land owners, thereby not making such land vulnerable to encroachers.
How would it feel like if that land you ve left to fallow for long can be productively utilized as this rather than leaving to the mercies of trespassers.

'Thank God for those trees you saw outside, each time any of my children in school calls to ask for money, I just take out my saw and slice one of them to be sold.' These were the exact words of Mr Ade (not real name), a rural dweller who takes delight in planting Gmelina trees, Haven seen the economic benefits and the high demand for the tree.
He never miss out any planting season to plant

The abundant wealth opportunities and high profitable investment potential that lies in investment in economic trees can never be over emphasized. Gone are the days of waiting 30/40 years just to get reasonable harvest in woods.
Two major hard woods that falls in this category of early maturity and harvest are Gmelina tree (Gmelina arborea) and Teak tree (Tectonia grandis).
Incidentally, we specialize in the PROPAGATION, NURSERY MANAGEMENT and ESTABLISHMENT of these trees both at the level of SEEDLINGS SALE and PLANTATION ESTABLISHMENT.
Tree planting investment is a win-win case to whoever engages in it for the following inclusive and yet limitless advantages.
• Suitable for absentee farmers who are interested in agro-related enterprise
• High ratio of return on investment to production cost
• Landed properties’ salvage and protection from grabbers, encroachers and trespassers alike
• Environmental protection advocacy and agent
• Good legacy for coming generation. etc

Typical picture of a gmelina plantation...
Having as a perimeter fencing to secure your land isn't a bad idea at all.

Woods are fast becoming scarce and expensive
Do not give up your dream of planting those economic trees
Not only will they be suitable for your land preservation and security
They grow sooner and mature faster than you would ever imagine
Also, you would have contributed your quota in mitigating the adverse effects of deforestation on our ecosystem.
@treenitiative, we specialise in Propagation, Nurturing, Sale and Plantation establishment of Gmelina (Gmelina arborea) and Teak (Tectona grandis).
