He just threatened to kill one of my uncles yesterday. I dunno how we can get him back in prison since the police in our community are not acting. If you're a security personnel or you know a way we can get him back in prison, please get in touch with me because he's still roaming the community.

If the Youths of your community are interested in sending him back to prison it won't take so much effort.
How big is his gang?
What is the modus of operation?
Do they attack in the open or are the lay a trap kind of criminals?
Call for a meeting with the youths of your community and make his case a security priority that must be dealt with.

Just set him up with his favourite crime, most probably the crime that took him to prison previously and he'll fall cheaply for it.

Report him on Twitter and tag the DSS, Police, Prison service and ministry of interior.

You don't need to talk about him threatening to kill your uncle yesterday, so as not to give out yourself.

So your community doesn't have vigilant group?

I don't think this op is really interested in nabbing this culprit or his story is just made up
An escapee who the op claimed raped a 9yr old and yet is roaming free in the community.
It's either the story is fake or it's the community that is even hiding the culprit because the vigilante alone or even just youths would pick up such an offender and hand him sharply to the police.
Do you know the gravity of raping a 9 yr old that a confirmed culprit would be allowed to roam free in a community?

what area in Benin because i know how functional the Edo state security network is. which all areas in Benin have a network. They have zero tolerance for such heinous crimes and have vitually taken over the function of the law enforcement agencies.i suggest he should be reported to the area network.
