Vacancy for Sales Manager

A CRM SAAS start-up requires the services of a Sales Manager to help put our software in the face of targeted users.

This is a full-time position but a hybrid working system.

Job's Responsibilities

1. Constant recruitment of a young field marketing team.

2. Virtual training of field marketers.

3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

4. Managing field marketers in ensuring they meet their daily and weekly targets.

Job requirements

1. Ability to interact with the most random of strangers (physical and virtual)

2. Host and present PowerPoint virtually and in-person.

3. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

- experience marketing a SAAS product is added advantage.

4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
