Estate Intel is looking to hire Graduates for a 1-year graduate program. We are looking for digitally apt, dynamic, well-articulated recent graduates with an interest in real estate to join our team. The role will involve supporting the production of bespoke real research projects for clients, collection, management, and analysis of data, financial analysis, observation of African macroeconomic trends, and contribution to the publication of ei's Special reports.

Our criteria for the Research Graduate Scheme include;
- Graduates of Economics, Real Estate, or Statistics while others with a professional interest in Real Estate or Research are warmly welcomed.
- Strong organizational, data collection, validation, and auditing skills.
- Must have strong research, analytical and written skills.
- Command of local markets and businesses.
- Ability to multitask, succeed under pressure and effectively manage time and workload.
- Command of requisite technology including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and database systems.

Candidates will go through the EI’s three-step recruitment process of Online Application to collect relevant data and assessment of the applicants, while suitable candidates proceed to the presentation stage, and placement is offered to successful candidates.

At the end of the graduate program, you will become an ei certified Research Analyst, some of the skills to learn include:
