Reminds me of a topic I read sometime ago, where a married guy gave a BJ for a job and couldn't go through with the final act.

I think you should have reported him to HR, it would be a ground for suing him/Chevron. Now that you've been let go, it will be more difficult to prove except you have evidence of inappropriate messages or CCTV footage of his advances at the lounge.
