EFCC don't do their investigations well. They act based on hear say and not based on credible intelligence.

They once arrested some persons i know. Humiliated them in public and later found them not wanting after they now carried out investigations.

No form of apology. Nothing.

PS: I don't support Financial crime. Desist from it. There are better things to do than to engage in crime. You have no justification!

Yahoo boys dressing the same way, using the same phones and Laptops, driving the same cars and SUV, doing the same hairstyles and hanging out in the same spot... Why won't EFCC spot you easily .. a law enforcement agent was trained to profile a suspect based on appearance even before conducting a search

If you have incriminating files Cc , logs and format then spend on cloud computing and upload your files online instead of moving about with evidence that can send you to jail

Instead of going for Camry, Corolla , Accord , GLK, Lexus ES and RX go for less attractive Avalon, Avensis, Hilux, Kia Optima and other business executive cars

Have a registered business with a business account

Dress corporate and formal during weekdays and to business, government and public premises with neat haircut

Hangout more at sport and recreation centres, sports bar, executive Lounge, exclusive restaurants

Avoid Oloshos and popular runs girls... Use Escort services for paid premium escort girls on paid site, or simply have a girlfriend

Avoid hotels, use Airbnb service apartment and shortlet flats instead

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has ruled that Section 46 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Act should be construed within the narrow confines of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the precursor to the establishment of the EFCC - to prevent illicit financial outflow from Nigeria.

EFCC should not arrest anybody unless the allegation is about "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria".

Left to me, this country should suspend all activities of the EFCC against internet fraudsters. As the agency has shown remarkable effectiveness in locating and and arresting these fraudsters is good sign they can be used against the insecurity bedeviling the Nation.

What's the point of being efficient against fraudsters who do not threaten the existence of the country ? The fraudsters mass murder index is zero.

Re assign the EFCC to go after those aiding and abetting the flame of insecurity in the country. The distraction of reading about yahoo boys arrested is not comforting. The Senate, Reps and service chiefs, would be well rewarded with positive results against the insecurity in the land.

The EFCC is the best armed agency in the country at the moment, why waste such valuable resource against what is less important at the moment ?

The Top brasses should not wait until civilians begin to access assault weapons like the bandits, otherwise the joke I read in the dailies would become rampant: that is security agents abandoning bandits and start massive offensive against civilians in order to disarm them. And as such, the result is that you find patriotic citizens under attack from both bandits and the military. This is the time to act. People are tired and looking for independent solution.

After all, Nigerians have been taught over the years that if NEPA takes power, you go switch on your generator ?

This agency should be caution with this rubbish. This is not the reason why the agency was set up by OBJ in 2002.
They are good at arresting and humiliating innocent youths but can’t arrest Boko Haram sponsors and Bandit financiers.

Sadly they are mere Suspects , with a visible evidence to nail most of them . How can we explain a boy less than 30 buying a GLK, without any tangible corporate company registered in his name or any tangible business Source.
They are always bursted because they want the fast life.

having an office or an organisation or company is not the only pointer to making money legitimately. there are several legit businesses online that could fetch one handsome pay consistently. If one decides to spend them without having any other tangible office shebi these lazy and uncritical security personnel would label one a fraudster. Nigeria sha is a joke. A security agency operating by mere hear say is about the worst organisation a country would have. Just like one moniker commented above, innocent citizens could be erroneously victimized.
