I made a request since 5th April 2022 through my Email to get my account statement when I realized that a payment I made sometime last month did reflected on my account, there was no respond. when I realized there was no respond I sent a reminder on 9th April 2022 till this moment I have not received the statement of account. A friend also told me his own case is over a month there was no respond also. what is really happening with the bank in recent times.

That bank can be very useless sometimes
