Since the beginning of this month, though we are in heat period I've been sweating excessively, I can't stay in the room during the day, I usually go out of the house to find a shade but still I do sweat a lot especially when doing something.
should I be worried about it or can it be reduced?.

Nothing to worry about. I also sweat alot even under AC, especially my palms.

Just ensure you take sufficient water so you don’t get dehydrated.
