Most of us pay full attention to our physical health but ignore our mental health. We do not consider mental health issues as problems. But both physical, as well as mental health, is important. Anxiety issues

Anxiety is a major issue in the case of PTSD. The person who is suffering from such a condition might find it difficult to relax their mind. They feel stressed over small things and sometimes also face issues in concentrating on their work. Sleep issues can also occur if the problems get worse.
