Dr. Isa Ali Pantami, Minister of Communications and Digital Economy has emphasized the importance of focusing government at all levels and other government institutions on skills rather than 'certificates.'

He believes it will go a long way toward not just producing additional job opportunities but also addressing unemployment issues and, as a result, resolving the country's employment difficulties.

Pantami, who spoke during the prize presentation event and Grand Finale of the Katsina National Talent Hunt Challenge in Katsina on Tuesday, also asked the competition's organizers to preserve a record and database of all competitors for easier mentorship.
