Please my people my clients wants to put money together and start Palm tree plantation in Mbaise, Imo State, they have 4 plots of land available which is 50 x 100 times by 4 but in Delta state 100 x 100 is 1 plot of Land.

Is this size of land enough to take up to 100 palm trees or more and how profitable is it, my understanding is that after planting it will take about 3-4 years before harvesting.

Actually, they are looking at planting about 500 palm trees but because of the cost of acquiring up to 2 Acres of land will be too much for them, they decided to start it small first.

It's not bad to start small. Even God started human existence small (Adam & Eve). For the area of land mentioned, you should have about 250 palm tree stands. For the second part of the question, 3-4 years before fruiting is relative. This depends on the variety you're planting, as well as the number of months the seedlings have spent in the nursery.

1 acre = 6plots
1 Acre = 60 palm trees
1 hectare = 2&1/2 Acre.
