hi goodday, i recently tried installing oracle 10g client on my win 7 system. initially i installed the plsql software to connect to a db, then i installed the 10g client, every thing went successful but when i tried connecting to the database it keeps flagging an error; "ORA-12154:TNS", I thought it was a tnsnames.ora error, then i put in the correct parameters as regards the tnsname, but it still keeps giving same. please can ne one with ideas, assist. thanks. |
