last night around 1 am i was outside smoking a cigarette when i heard somebody from down the street screaming "HELP ME, HELP ME" , he sounded like he was dying, WTEVER, sooner it sounded like he was running up the street still yelling, so i put my cigarette out and went back in the house, Have been to jail too many times, even got banned by MOD on NL to even consider going to help anybody where police will eventually be involved,


so my question is what would you have done?

and take into consideration that this is the street,

So, You just left the person?, This is kind of a hard decision because, you don't know if the person is dangerous or not and you have a record. I would have at least attempted to help the person.
