The man on the first picture is Dabs by name. He is a shop owner at new GRA Maiduguri. He was arrested for taping on to Streetlight generator and connect 21 refrigerator.

He is simply a thief and should be made to pay.

They are having issues with power supply the last time I read about it, don't know about now, infant solar business is really booming there now.
