Happiness is associated with a feeling that entails you being joyful without an aura of sorrow, dejection or indifference in life or against folks around you. Being happy isn't a fluke as some see it, neither will it show the pointlessness in life as some say. It is cultivated and doesn't hop on an individual automatically.
Although the problems of life roar at an individual and plan to intimidate one and the disappointments from persons close to one dampen our excitement to live, the choice to remain happy is formed by each individual and should be followed to a Tee. This is why it's necessary to review recommendations on keeping yourself happy forever.

1. Having an excellent Health and Sound Mind.
This can be the utmost priority to live a happy life. We try for it all our lives either deliberately or not. It's only when you relish high levels of unpainful health and an endless flow of energy that you simply feel really happy.
In several cases, health could be a "deficiency need" which implies that you simply don't admit your good health is noticeable and most times, you feel that sound health is overrated, this continues till you start to experience hiccups with your physical or mental well-being. For example, you do not take note of the well-being of your teeth till you've got an ache and want to go to the dentist. Having enough level of discipline and resolution throughout one's life helps to realise and maintain high levels of health and fitness.

2. Sensible social relationships.
Aristotle once said, “Man is a social animal.” We are designed to perform in society, operating and living with people at each stage of our lives. Social relationships are kept unbroken by having the talents that make sure that one works well with others. Some character traits are necessary to enjoy our social relationships. These character traits embody courtesy, positive attitude, behaviour and a reliable appearance.
Your ability to enter into and maintain high-quality relationships along with your family, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances in life shows the standard of your temperament. Folks with high levels of confidence and self-respect get on well with others and have abundant happier lives and as a result, they do not get actively involved in strife or become a source of strife.

3. Satisfaction at work.
To be happy, you must be engaged with life. You must do the things that keep you active and offer you a way of fulfilment and direction. If you are earning a living, you want to make sure to relish what you are doing because you do not have an opportunity to do what you enjoy every time. This way, there is a reward in the form of money and other incentives with which you can have a good life.
One of your most important responsibilities to yourself is to find the right way to do your job and then, once you've found it, throw your whole heart into it.

4. Having a Firm Supply of Financial Gain.
One of your chief responsibilities to yourself and to live a cheerful life is to figure out how to get monetary independence and monetary freedom throughout your life. The happiest of all folks are people who have reached the point at which they do not worry about cash, not essentially because they have all the money in the world but because their hearts are large enough to accommodate doing big things to break out in millions. This is not something you can leave to chance, but rather, something that requires deliberate, purposeful action and tremendous self-discipline to achieve.

5. Self-actualization.
This can be the sensation that you are changing into, are getting to be, or have become everything you're capable of becoming. This happens when you feel that you are realising more and more of your true potential.
Abraham Maslow, who is best known for his Hierarchy of wants, determined that each folk have “deficiency wants” and “being needs.” Humans attempt either to make amends for their deficiencies or to realise the reason for their existence. He concluded that one simply evolves and develops to the best levels of their potential.
Satisfying your deficiency needs means that you simply have enough food, water, clothing, and accommodation to preserve your life and well-being. If for any reason your safety or survival is vulnerable, you may become preoccupied with satisfying this and therefore, the thoughts of being happy can dissipate like smoke.
Finally, loved ones, you would want to acknowledge the fact that happiness isn't a goal that you can set, instead, it is the reward of achieving a set goal.
