Why don't Igbo people but the 'Ocha' word in front of all those terms to make into one word adjective, e.g Ochaobara (I think red if Ufie in some dialects), Ochandu, etc.

Aren't they already adjectival though? Or don't they have adjectival forms?

One word, to avoid running on and on. Imagine translating Green tea in Igbo.

Even the English word 'Animal' came from Latin word "Animane" which means a living creature having breath. I think it's just a coincidence. It may be fruitful to dig more though.

In developing Igbo language, let us please minimize the use of double words in place of single ones in English.

Example:

Dictionary -> Okaasusu, instead of Oka asusu

That way the language is improved and made easier for those who want to learn it.

I believe that German and Dutch are like that.
