The word MUSLIM simply means BELIEVER there's nothing special other than the stories attached to each religion, so faithful servants of God are Muslims in Arabic language but the irony of the matter is that they never had anything to do with Mecca or the Black Stone there!

From the data available here, The writer/narrator of that quran portion was present when pharoah drowned yet wasnt with the Israelites. It could only have been an angel. Probably that angel fell and later possessed the narrator for him to say he was present when pharoah drowned.

The Torah mentioned that the Pharaoh of Egypt was two different kings and not one, which contradicts with the teachings of the holy Quran as it mentions the Pharaoh of Egypt as one person.
