Work on weekends and they are obviously unorganized.

The person that organised the interview is very unorganized, tone of the sms and message very inappropriate, they don't have any presence online not even a website says a lot about the company.

Complete waste of time and money!!!

When you see a job like this; in addition to what you have highlighted
1. Google the mail address
2. There are some red flags already from the post e.g no job description
3. Any invite asking you to confirm availability via WhatsApp doesn't seems like a serious organisation.
4. Always look at the previous post of the poster.
5. If they have no respect for your time. For example, interview is 9:00am but you started around 11:00am, it speaks volumes about how they value your time.
6. If the job doesn't state explicitly salary, benefits etc and you go for the interview and they still cannot tell you until (probably the so-called consultant clamming to be a HR specialist or generalist which is an insult to professional in that field to say the least) you meet the owner of the company, Japaporiusly!!!

Kindly take this from someone who has experienced the OP's interview style first hand.

You maybe wrong and at the same time correct.
There are some jobs that try to test your patience because they feel it needed on the job. However, I have been to an interview where it was done in the man's house & we waited for about 4houra at the end of the day it happened to be the man was a major contractor to IOC and it been a very lovely experience so far.

Even during the lockdown, it was an awesome experience.
I did all my certification there before moving to another standard organization.

The truth is since it's a manufactimg organization you will work on Saturday. I usually don't subscribe to this free accommodation for many reasons.

I didn't go, it was a friend who explained everything to me because I forwarded it to him. He was extremely livid at the way the whole process was conducted.

They invited my friend 07014580548 again, this time around they called with another number, they called around 9:45pm on Thursday 11th August, 2022 informing them the interview is the following day in Victoria Island and they sent the details (very unprofessional way to send an invite) the invite reads, "This is the address ** Nairaland street, opposite job section, drop at front page b/stop", Unknown to him, he thought it was another company not knowing it was the organization where they had gone for interview since June 19th, 2022 where they wasted his time..... Imagine over three months, no regret or feedback mail, no apologies, just a call to come for interview the next day. Are you seeing the level of unorganised a so-called manufacturing company is? What happened to zoom or Microsoft team

He got there by 9:00am and they requested he move to room *** , he got there and met some familiar faces, he waited as usual for another 5 hours before seeing "Managing Director" prior to this time he has registered his annoyance to the "OM" and how the whole interview process was so disorganized, untidy and stated it to them he doesn't have any tfare back to his abode, infact they invited another set off people AGAIN! he took it upon himself to educate those newly invited, informing them if you have a job, don't leave to come join this so called company stating his experience with them. One of the invitees stated categorically that he was not sure if they can be consistent with the salary.

As a matter of fact, the OP who posted this job has probably been sacked and another 'HR' has been employed which most likely they would fire because the MD is benefiting from the disorganization of the company.

A manufacturing company with no online presence, they don't do interview at their office, usually at a fast food or some random open apartment with plastic chairs, have zero regards for your time and asking you to come collect your offer letter in person (what happened to emails?).

Annoyingly those newly invited according to him were asked to resume on Monday, 15th August, 2022. Working hours 8:00am-5:00pm Mondays through Saturdays. No benefits, just your salary, teuh!
