The best thing u can do is go and report them on Twitter, d location, if u can get their names, offense, and pictorial evidence or video if possible.
Pple wey dey dt area go testify and the officers will be delt with.

There is nothing you could do about it,the fact is that their superiors are aware of it and encourage them to do so,some are even sent by their superiors. And don't make urself a soft target by reporting them.
