GitHub is a website that allows you to share your code with others. It also allows you to keep track of changes to your code and to see who has made those changes.
You can use GitHub to collaboration with others on projects, or just to keep your own code safe and organized. To get started with GitHub, you first need to create a GitHub account. Then, you can create a new repository (or project) on GitHub. A repository is just a place to store your code.
