Any ideas please on cost of renting a one or two bed flat in Ibadan. (Long Term Tenancy)

New Odo Ona Area (Linking Oluyole Estate)
Not a lot of information on NL regarding properties Ibadan and environs.

for a one room/self contained flat,prepare for like N80k per annum. for a 2 b/r flat, prepare for between 100-150. depends on the exact location within those areas you mentioned and the facilities inside.
