A friend of mine seek for my advice btw 2 jobs he got in banking industry, he's confused on which one to choose, both jobs are marketing and have set targets,

Bank A: 25 POS marketing every month and 360 tier 1 acct to be open, he's standing in as bank representatives
Salary 75k no commission, no access to staff bus
Ketu to cele everyday

Bank B: Direct Sales Executives
Sourcing for 60 association acct every month
Salary is 60k with commission of 500k if he meet up and also dere is staff bus

Your advice will save a soul

1)OP nah you be that friend.
2) Its "career choice"
3) Both jobs are not career wise.

I still wonder why some banks give out targets they know workers can hardly meet.
Guy just go for one wey your mind pick.
