Yeah, it does seem like it's in decent shape. I'd much rather we negotiated offline (I provided my email earlier) but I can pay cash on Monday.
Given that it's the 1st unibody model, I'd say 110k should be a fair price

The email addy I posted earlier (priyeandroid@gmail dot com) is just meant for stuff like this. I get some spam from NL spambots but this is no issue for me since it isn't my primary email.
